Frequently asked questions

How do I make a booking?

Choose your route, date and number of passengers, pick your seats, fill in passenger details, and pay by card or EFT. Confirmation is emailed straight away (or after EFT verification).

How long are seats held while I pay?

Seats are held for 15 minutes from selection. If you start a Yoco card payment, the hold is extended to 30 minutes. For EFT, the hold runs until two hours before departure or until your proof of payment is verified.

How does EFT verification work?

After uploading your proof of payment, our team verifies the deposit against our bank statement, usually within a few business hours. You will receive an email and your boarding ticket as soon as it is confirmed.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Contact us on +27 87 094 9444 or bookings@limetimeshuttle.co.za. Refund eligibility depends on how close to departure you cancel.

What if a seat is taken by someone else while I am booking?

We tell you immediately if a seat is grabbed mid-flow. Pick another seat โ€” refresh the seat map and try again.
